    I had trouble understanding what was going wrong in my interviews, but this video finally solved the puzzle. A lot of companies (especially in my field of marketing) are looking for a 2-way communication, so it's important to ask questions and be curious about the company and the role, and finally be able to let the company know how you can help or have the experience that matches the job responsibilities of the role. I was finally able to land a job after practicing the points mentioned in the video. Thanks to you Jess!

    For male candidates, I recommend wearing a shirt and a tie (minimum) during the interview, regardless of the job environment.

    A week ago, in April 15,I took an interview, and the HR said I’m impressive and I’m the guy they need. At the end of the interview, he said his director will contact me for second interview. But now April 21,I didn’t receive any response. I don’t know why.

    • @salesspice
      @salesspice  3 роки тому +1

      Hello Zheng, That is unfortunate news but not always the end! Interviews might have continued or gone longer than expected. I would absolutely follow up with HR and ask for feedback at this point.
      Good Luck!

      I’ve been experiencing the same thing since I’ve started applying for jobs. I’ve been getting job interviews but then I never hear back from them afterwards. I don’t know what the average wait time is here. Back in the UK I’d hear back within 48 hours of interviewing, one week at most

    • @salesspice
      @salesspice  4 місяці тому

      I totally understand how this can be frustrating, especially when you're used to a different pace. However, the waiting time after an interview can significantly vary from company to company, even within the same country. Patience is key in these times but never hesitate to send a polite follow-up if you feel it's been a while.@@styledbyviivii7403

      Hello S Sharma! 🙋🏻‍♀️ This is a great question! At the end of every interview before you either get off the phone or leave the room, always ask for everyone’s email. They typically will give a business card or if virtual write it in the chat! I hope this helps!

    In the US I usually have phone interviews and it takes 20 mins call and a hundred k offer. Usually! And you talk your engaged you laugh a little. In Canada is the opposite I have over 10 years experience been highly successful yet can’t even find min wage. Interviews here I dress in nines I go all out. Study for two days write all my notes be as engaged and humanly possible show my personality. Ounnciate each syllable. Say yes sir no sir. And still you won’t get the job! They have multiple round of either video or in person always Canada is the biggest most extreme nightmare to get a job. In the US most of th me time I have no clue what I’m doing I get the job. In Canada nope. Yet everything all tech the money all the companies are from the us.
