I've tried to use other tutorials to use Remmina or some other RDP software to remote into my other computer, and no one ever mentions that you need to log out of your server computer before remoting in. Perhaps most experienced Linux experts know to do that automatically, but people new to Linux would not know to do that; so thank you for adding that detail to your video!

Instead of using Remmina could you use Microsoft Remote Desktop on a Mac?
