NL rarely firing his 800 damage attack and instead choosing to do 15 damage a hit is why I watch NL
you have to attack continuously for several seconds in order to do the omega attack with the Umbral Flames
it takes awhile for the omega attack on that weapon to charge through basic attacks

I am becoming a type A chatter as I watch NL play Hades II. Nevertheless, keep up the good work.
I remember each weapon in hades being 3 different weapons? Does this game not do this? Maybe I haven’t progressed enough.

Zeus' ability seems absolutely ass
The cast one is better for sure - though they're bugged with a certain hex and get disabled after you use it
Its really good if your attack does more than 120 damage, it basically just adds a flat buff to each hit in that case. Its also decent with a couple of combos and in order to trigger a damage buff when an enemy has two curses. But yea it feels like on safer builds like the torch its less great.
It doesn't really work well on spammy low damage attacks. Once you get some upgrades and can spam the omega attacks more it gets pretty strong.
You gotta get it on your special and use it to tag people before going in
You can get a second boom that makes them do damage on expiring which makes it pretty great. Really good with sister blades cuz you can tag multiple enemies at once

To be fair only like 10% of the 20k lines of dialogue from Hades 1 were interesting
it's ok to skip the dialogue in Hades, sometimes you just wanna rush in and kick some ass, normalize skip the dialogue in Hades
You want the dialogue, play the game yourself. This allows him to play spoiler free for the most part.
Hades fans will scold you for this one. Can't play the game, must read the hipster dialogue because we're in a novel or something
