I've been playing Qingque with Sparkle all day and it's been so incredible. You're right that Qinqgue already had good options before, but Sparkle makes her sooooooo much easier to play. Also, running Tingyun instead of Silver Wolf for quantum weak enemies is pretty amazing too. I love that Sparkle makes the team never struggle for SP.
Despite my E2 DHIL doesn't benefits Sparkle so much, my DHIL still manage to do around 650k-ish damage at EBA3-Ult-EBA3 rotation with Sparkle, which currently is the largest damage i can do with DHIL.

Acheron is cool but her teammate option is too limited to surpass danheng. E0 force you to 3 nihility 1 sustain. E2 could help free 1 teammate slot but outside of nihility there are not much characters that could debuff

Was worried about the same when I saw Acheron gameplay, but seeing how comfy Sparkle is and much of an overall value she adds to your account I went ahead and pulled her (thankfully I won the 50/50 so I can still try to pull for Acheron) and that was the best decision, especially if you have DHIL, QQ, JY etc Also, remember that supports are way more valuable than DPS in the long run

IL team has the highest total dps compared to any other dmg dealer. Jingliu doesn't even come close lol.. Even JY/TY/Sparkles/HuoHuo has higher total dps compared to JL/RM/Bronya/HuoHuo in 3-2 hit targets.
Fact check yourself before trying to spout nonsense. Jingliu has never dealt more damage than IL without no supports. Jingliu was only strong due to the fact she could use bronya. Ruan Mei came out and both of them could use Ruan mei. Pela isn't a jingliu only support either and IL can use it. All IL needed was just his own bronya to use to solidify that he does indeed do the most damage bar none.

I just joined the game like 20 days ago, got Imbibidor E2 and I just got Sparkle and I was clueless about her artifacts or builds.
Use 4 pc messenger, aim for 180% crit damage (more is preferable), 160 speed, 3k hp, and 1k def. Trace priorities are Skill > Ulti = Talent >>> Basic (skipable), A4 > A6 > A2.
