Development of Tooth - Part 1: Initiation, Bud and Cap stage of Tooth development

Tooth development starts at the 6th week of embryonic life and comprises four main stages namely initiation bud stage cap stage and bell stage. In the initiation phase the oral epithelium divides into dental lamina and vestibular lamina. In the bud stage the epithelium grows further and invaginates into the ectomesenchyme. In the cap stage the epithelial bud unequally grows in certain areas that's why occupies the shape of a cap sitting on a condensed ball of ectomesenchyme.

My root canal treatment was started 17 april of 2020 and roots are not removed and there good in condition it was filled with temporary cement till now it is not removed
So if I show opg x- ray to any endodontics and if there is any chance to regrow new plup-dentine complex and if possible then enamel too, means whole teeth development if possible, then it is possible to do this treatment .

Ecto = neural crest cells, derived from ectodermal germ layer.
Mesenchyme = derived from mesodermal germ layer.
So, ectomesenchyme originates both from ectoderm and mesodermal germ layers. Ectomesenchyme forms most of the head and neck tissues like bone , cartilage and dentin-pulp complex. To have a more in-depth understanding check out this video on early embryogenesis.
