Another issue that is not often spoken about is the terrible ASIO support on Windows with Dante. I ended up using Voicemeeter, in combination with Dante Virtual Soundcard, to send audio from the PC to the mixing console, and to receive audio into OBS on the computer.
You might have a clocking issue. We had something similar when our DiGiCo S21 was the clock leader and we used its DMI Dante card for the clock source. In our instance the solution was to set the S21's Internal crystal as the clock source and then in Dante Consoller to set the S21's Dante to Sync to external clock (which would in this instance be the S21's Internal crystal).
@@chriskistner5424 I believe this is what worked for me. It is a bit counter-intuitive because on the mixing console it is set to "internal" but in dante, (i have an expansion card) i have to set mine to "sync to external". Finally got rid of the issue.
Dude I spent all day trying to figure this out for our church on Sunday. Thanks for the video!

It also helps to put Dante on an isolated switch. That’s can help a lot as well.
I have extremely low latency, everything set correctly and room to spare. zero errors, high buffer and still get pops and clicks. Super annoying.
did you solved this? I have same problem
What’s your buffer size and are you running Dante on a separate switch than your internet switch?
i solved this problem. Because i used a separated computer only to send 32 channels inputs to me with dante via
