Great playing. I had a resonator guitar, maybe a Dobro, that had a biscuit cover that was just a 8 mm wide strip instead of that big wide thing. I agree that being able to mute the strings is important.

I just found your lessons, I enjoy listening and and trying to learn. I'm learning the picking and strumming... I'm Praying your alright.
Mate.... Don't wrap it plastic bags.... It will sweat and start to corrode...Use Pillow cases or old Cotton T-Shirts to wrap it in...
