Air changes are already provided by different guidelines for their different class of areas. For example for iso class 8 air changes is standard and it is provided in iso guidelines. So by using that value you can calculate cfm

Go for at least 50% of given range because if you have taken 100 (least value) than there is more chance of fail in validation
