First aid tool kits like that have what are called 1st response manual resuscitators, which is what you are thinking of. Generally, if you have more than one person, one person will perform CPR while the other ventilates.

Ryan's entitled to use whatever police vehicle he wants. But I personally can't understand why Ryan usually goes with the SUV cruisers. He usually gets into pursuit with a sports car or something really fast in his PD RPs. The SUVs are stupid slow and have awful handling at high speeds. The police Chargers even have a hard time keeping up with some of these cars. I don't understand the obsession with SUVs. Even real life PDs ard switching to Tahoe's and Explorer's. Supposedly the steering and acceleration are similar to Crown Vics and Chargers but I don't buy that

You can run your dog on a car if you ask if you can search vehicle for drugs and subject denies. The dog may run the vehicle for pc to search interior if dog hits on drugs, weapons, or explosives. Pc for the dog to run the vehicle can be based on odor or suspicious activity of the occupant. If i remember my Florida state statues correctly.
