- SCP is a branch of the internet I've admired for a long time, since early 2021 to be specific. I know this because I actually made an SCP video before and it was BAD. Hopefully this can serve as a replacement to finally do the fandom justice. Are SCP mobile games any good, let's see! (the answer is no).

In the second game, it's supposed to be one of those gmods maze runs. It's basically angering the scp and run from the scp in a maze.
Its just one of those funny mazes that ishowspeed tried out a rogurt
The maze game is based off of a stupidly popular trend on Roblox where people upload maze maps with a bunch of SCP-096s strewn about. Kids really like that for some reason.

the content farms are probably the worst problem because the kids watching them dont even know that the videos are inaccurate. as soon as they decide to check out scp 5031 for themselves, they are getting insulted for being braindead. (for context, a content farm known as the rubber compared scp 5031 to a character from an anime. the writer of it then added a message saying believing the two were the same meant brain damage.)

3:28 that is SCP 650, a humanoid and sentient thingy that follows you around. when your its victim, when you turn around to look at it, it would only get closer. it is a safe anomaly and its a object class Euclid. If i go through the video and see you (T3rr0r) not knowing any scp thingy's than i will tell you :)

I think Silent Maze might actually be based off that one Gmod map with ab above and underground maze, a lot of youtubers made "NPC maze" videos on that map back then so i could see that being the inspiration for the game

6:01 I think that its probably like the maze from gmod, i remember watching those videos where they would throw bombes at scp 096 and run from them. That probably what its based on. Also great video.

Scp idea in consept its good, a Entire System hidden on a secret base than needs to contain because could be a Gigantic hell if one escape and stuff, but it had become a mess of slop.
SCP is only slop if you’re only paying attention to the offsite works. The actual wiki is well moderated with good quality control.
These games are truly the scariest SCP's, they have the ability to make my real life self recoil in disgust!

Im honestly saddened by most forms of outside media about scp, like when a roleplaying game on roblox does it more justice than full products on steam, then you can see a problem and that doesn't even mention the fact that most youtubers who cover it are content farms
Edit: I also love the little sections in between games, they're super high quality, I've watched you for a while but the increase in quality has been amazing to see so keep it up!

Actually, the true horror of 096 is that you could accidentally see, like, _four pixels_ of its face, unknowingly, in the background of a picture and cause it to come for you.

Ah i remember the Doorknob incident that caused a decent schism in the community. Even caused a number of people to break away from the SCP wiki and form their own.
Oh, yeah, I remember hearing about that. If I'm not mistaken, believe there was also the incident involving that one SCP article that was about some extraterrestrial who was 'trans' AND was a fan of Homestuck(for some strange reason).
Really doesn't help the fact that the author who made the article had made such a big stink about it on the wiki, and was acting so bitter against those who were very critical(and rightfully so) of said article.

I will always be a fan of this type of stuff. SCP and the Backrooms are both extremely interesting and cool to me, however I would be taking record breaking amounts of copium if I didn't acknowledge the communities for both are repugnant.
6:32 I feel like this game is a reference to a certain type of UA-cam or TikTok video where someone in G mod’s big maze map, spawn in several or more scp 096s, then throw either a grenade or a pipe bomb to trigger their attack mode, and then run into maze to see how long they survive.

I think Silent maze is just based on something everyone dose in GMod to the 096 NPC.

fun fact:the scp maze was inspired by an old gmod trend where you would look at scp 096's face, noclip all the way to the end and watch him do the maze. This game made it so you run away from him instead (and yes the map is almost identical to the one in gmod)

SCP foundation is cool, and it takes itself seriously, but so many things in it they just either say redacted, expunged, or some random thingy that they don't know to get rid of the time to explain it
