What you said is right Segar but when heard from the people who booked they find this property more preferred in terms of design and when it comes to cost it is somewhat higher. People are clear that they are ready to pay for their dream house 🤩
Though the project construction and design is top class, beware that the road inside the community is a public road. Public can also use that road. Park also belongs to corporation but maintained by brigade. And around 1800+ families will make it congested once overall developed and amenities will be completely congested . Uds has also been reduced from 70% in phase 1 to 40%-45% in other phases. Right side of the tower is adjacent to Koovam. Plus there is no terrace. Though I liked the design of model house very much, I dropped it due to these reasons. I suggest you rent a flat once fully constructed instead of buying it.

Maintenance is 3rs per sqft and uds is 49% which is quite high when compared to competitors. Also things to be mentioned- government tax is only 5% compared to neighbourhood properties.. even in casa grand they are charging 11% as hidden charges which fail to notice..
Since it is a Spanish theme and a popular builder they have spreaded the area with greenery. Can you mention the timing where I mention about the dead space let me crosscheck!
