When China acquired s 400, Russia equalled it with supplying India the same. China came up with stealth bomber indigenously to counter it, but we didn't. We are still debating.
We only keep debating on things without actual progress. Our mk2 and AMCA are not even made and we compare those jet with China's which are already in service.

If a stealth bomber has to carry a very heavy payload, it's size would also have to be much bigger than a stealth fighter. Wouldn't that compromise its stealth?
