Please join me as I share how I created these Enchanted Bubble Wands for this month's Gypsy & Witch project .I used Chopsticks, Wire, Polymer Clay,Acrylic paint , and miscellaneous supplies to create this beautiful, fun project. It is suitable for kids of all ages with supervision :) I hope you will enjoy watching and be inspired to create your own :) Peace & LOVE :) Enjoy!

Oh honey those are super mega cool! That is one of the most interesting ideas. I saw something like this on another channel but they weren’t blowing bubbles with their’s. Oh my garsh! I was loving your two examples and then you brought out the others and I'm thinking, OH! That one is my favorite! Then, you bring out another and THAT was my favorite! And on and on... LOL Your grandbabies have yet another reason to love time at Grammy's house! What fun! Oh and blowing bubbles in the sunshine and creating rainbows is simply THE best!
Inspiration struck me and it will happen one day just not until I get moved. I have a stash of beads and doodads, sun catchers and chimes already strung together similar to what you have in your kitchen window. Mine all used to hang from one side of my sliding glass door but due to some people being too nosy and my landlord having to remove a falling down privacy fence, I now have to have curtains over both windows. (I promise there is a point here. lol) Anyhow, I had decided that all my hanging treasures needed to be in my kitchen window and watching this has put me in mind to create a curtain rod in this fashion. I'm wondering about using the standard metal rod and only attaching the clay design to what will be exposed. My danglies won't be super heavy so I think it will all hold up well. This makes me look forward a bit more to the move even though it's still so many months ahead.

remember the clay can stain and pickup anything Easley and darken the colored clay. So make sure you have clean hands unless you need it a little darker.

I have taken a jewelry class and see so many videos as well. And over working the wire is called work harden and will brake. It happens because the properties of the metal become unaligned, and to fix it you have to reheat the metal to realign the particles in the metal and polish it up so its shinny agin. You just don't want to over heat the metal. Hope this helps someone.

If the clay dries out over time and is heard just use a little vegetable oil, and need it in to the clay intel it is back to how it was. Just make sure not to use to much oil it will make the clay go all liquidy.
I love your video your ideas and your results. I really was just curious about your method when using clay to create a stick instead of going and using a real stick? I would love to know your thoughts on this mostly out of curiosity but also in out of it the desire to improve my own method happy bubbles
CALI, COULDNT YOU USE A REAL BRANCH WITH BROKEN TWIGS OFF OF IT TO GET A REAL BRANCH LOOK WITH CLAY OVER IT ? I LOVE THIS ! THESE ARE BEAUTIFUL. I ALSO FOUND ONE AT A GARAGE SALE MADE FROM COPPER TUBING, COPPER WIRE AND VINTAGE GLASS KNOBS AT TOP AND BOTTOM...TOO COOL

Has anyone tried this with air-dry clay?
I have hade my glaze dry out it can be fixed. You just have to crush it up in a fine powder like powdered surgery then add water tell it comes together and is a liquid again.
