As a programme i really like many elements. The breaststroke work is great and theres some really innovative drills. As a teacher, it lacks physical preparation for rotation in the horizontal axis at the early stages. This, in my experience, makes side breathing and body roll more difficult in the intermediate stages.
When I took swimming lessons at assigned levels and not just as a student while in school, I always flunked Level 3!

Why do you do two backstroke kicked in the drill?
Why don't I swim like you yet? I have difficulty breathing. I take a breath and sink down. I'm frustrated.
