Tomtom 7” Gp Discover loose micro USB connection

Tomtom Go Discover 7” loose micro USB connection which fits into the 7” window mount. As you can see, if the wire is moved side to side, the charging of the device stops. This I believe is a product design issue, the connection should not move at all no be completely rigid in the event of the wire being accidentally moved in the car.
