Wonderful video. So looking forward to watching the rest.
Well, that sure brings back some memories of Vietnam that I remember. Saigon now looks just like Saigon in 70-71, motorcycles everywhere. Just newer models and none of the little French cabs running around. I never did learn to get around that city.

There are a lot of scooters in Saigon; but Hanoi has many more. Hanoi has very crazy traffic, Scooters drive the wrong way on both sides of big boulevards @ 50-60kph against the traffic. Heavy traffic from 6am to 2am the next morning. I like Vietnamese food & beer. I lived in Thailand for 3-4 months per year for 3 years.
I know an Aussie who owns a Ceramic Tile Factory in Saigon. His factory make tiles of every colour in the spectrum, from 4 shades of brown clay. Amazing.
What happened to the spare tires? 1200cc is too big for Asia. It is relatively flat, so a 500cc to 850cc is plenty adequate.
I loved Da Lat. A great golf course there built in 1922. Bent grass fairways & Greens. 3500 ft altitude. Great weather all year around.

Great video!! Great adventure!! Big hello from Ukraine!! You are very welcome to come and ride here, great country and people to discover!! Good luck in your trips! Ride safe! I like the way you start your story, the way you record and everything else, keep going!! Great channel, but I think it's underrated, why? Don't know. Will also spread your channel around here. Didn't you think about just renting a bike right at the place where you are going in order to avoid all those long term paper stuff, documents, etc? Also i like that you show a real life of people where you travel, behind the scenes....not all those fancy tourist stuff... Great job!! If you ever will plan to come to Ukraine,i can be your guide in the western part, gonna show our mountains, traditions, people, food, wild tribes who live far away in the mountains.

Seems like Helge has a smarter size bike and not one of the Elephant 1200.

I did the Vietnam leg of this trip 2 up with my 10 year old on a 110cc Honda. Big bike not needed at all.
