Summary:
1) Appreciate the good in your life, and in others.
2) Gratitude - be grateful for the blessings in your life (food, house, etc)
3) Share you love by service or empathy. The logic of emotion is “as you give, it grows” (unlike the logic of mathematics where 2+2 +4. Or 2 -2 is 0. Instead emotional logic is 2 - 2 equals 4 and more!).
4) High level engagement of the mind produces happiness, such as meditation.
5) As we mature, we realize that Happiness is a state of your own being, once the reflection falls on your mind - from meditation, etc.

Ma today I am happy because one of our friend is in trouble he was facing some financial issue for his wifes operation we all friend collected the amount and completed the operation successfully...we have taken picture of our friend...he smiled in picture first time and we all pleased when we saw his smile.
