ok here is my advice; 1. take spiruliina in a shake during the day as your dreams will be sooo vivid like going to watch a movie....take this for one week, then, 2. just take haritaki one hour before sleep. 3. eat foods at dinner that contain tryptophan that coverts to serotonim in gut then converts to serotonim to sleep.....at 3third week take both spirulina and haritaki and see how your sleep/dreams are more powerful
