-Here's my problem with cats. Best-case scenario: you get the smartest cat in the world. He still craps in your house.

When our cats were outdoor/indoor we let them piss and shit outside but now they gotta do it inside because we dont live out in the country no more.

Yeah he told it like it is, and then Mom sweetened it. They're a great match. Red was still very human; he took in Hyde, and when Kitty was pissed over whatever(menopause, Red being too mean, etc.) he would soften his demeanor and be sweet to her. He didn't drink too much, or anything like that. And when he was one time high on the drugs the dentist gave him, he told his son he loved him; very much. He was just tough with the truth, and in your face. Love the guy!

On that note, I rescued a kitty from the dumpster when it was about 1 week old. It grew up around my dogs, learned the dog door fairly quick, and "went" outside on the back lawn just like his bigger sisters. It was very convenient not having a cat littler box to clean and maintain. R.I.P. little guy 2000-2015.

Fifteen years ago I moved into the country. My son told me I should get a dog. I said, I don’t like dog shit. I don’t like to look at it, I don’t like to smell it, I don’t like to pick it up, and I sure don’t like to step in it. There’s nothing I like about dog shit. Two years later I got a dog. A Shih Tzu. My son laughed and said, Dad, you got a dog with shit IN ITS NAME! True story. We still laugh about it. And the dog is great.
I had two cats who both asked to go outside to do their business. During the bad winter months when it was horizontal freezing rain, and snow, they still went out. Only when old age made them feeble would they consider using the emergency box.

My cat also goes to the toilet outside. She didn't used to but I noticed she suddenly stopped using her litter box, then a few days later I saw her digging a hole outside in the dirt, taking a fat dump in it and burying it back up

You know this is old when you see the FOX logo onscreen...Man, I wish this show went on a little longer maybe to season 12 to bring the show into the 2010s. That would've been cool, began in the '90s with season 1, and ended in the year 2010 with a season 12.
Problem was it had to be set in the 70's and it was already 1976 in season 1. They couldn't have really dragged it out any longer.
Once Topher and Ashton left, it came unglued.
Yeah but when Hyde & Jackie were together when Kelso was in California, it was finna go downhill even more later due to Topher & Ashton leaving.
It was already in 1979 for 4 years! That show needed to be cancelled. But they should do a reboot set in the 90's with their kids.
Randy made the show commit suicide!

We had cats as I was growing up and they all were taught and learned to ask to go outside when they had to go. We never had a cat box and anyone that shit in the house typically only did it once.

The simple solution to reds issue is train the cat to use the toilet, they make cat boxes that will sit in the toilet, then over time you remove the box & replace with toilet seat inserts & before you know it the cat is potty trained no cat box ever again.

Yes, the cat goes in the house. So do you. But, the cat can also be taught to go outside. I don't know how good cat litter was back then, but cleaning the box once a day is no big deal.
