Interesting! I have ME/CFS too! I think for me it's linked with POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). I've also spent a lot of time on UA-cam for this reason and came across RUMP videos in a similar way. Precious Stars Pads was also my first channel to watch.
I may also have POTS according to my specialist. Can I ask what that is like for you? I have never gone in for the official testing as it is expensive.
