I think you must split the back cape into two otherwise you will not be able to get into the dress.

The neckline in wider than the normal neckline measurement
That is why you have to fix the zipper inside

Like a
bustier blouse
Short/long gown
If it's for a bustier blouse....
Then padd it
But if it's for a normal short Ankara gown....
No need to pad
Except it is a breast cut
