I think what I never understood about the whole, "Batman killing the Joker" was never the reasoning, but why the city itself/State, hell even the Government doesn't just kill Joker, why is it being left up to Batman? We are talking about groups in power that have killed for less, but everyone wants to leave it in Batman's hands and would have zero problems after he does so locking him up!
You can say that for most of the super villains. A super hero is not a part of the law...they don't have the authority to kill some one committing a crime. They don't even arrest...they just incapacitate until the police arrive. If the governemnt really wanted to it could easy execute the super villains. They have more enough legal ground to do so. Why leave it to the super hero to do their dirty work.
Not enough people are talking about this series. Loved seeing Bruce in a new way and new environment. His realization that he actually needs help was a great lesson, one years in the making. It's easy to get Bat Fatigue these days but Tom Taylor and Co. deliver. Who else loved that Nightwing and Oracle cameo?

This series was amazing. The thought that Batman is responsible for so many deaths because he saves people is a really big twisted look on the fact that he saves people. Equilibrium was a really well written villain, and we got to learn a little more about Batman's past.
Now I’m even more hyped for “The Batman” movie coming, adding a more gothic tone and detective scenes will make this movie unlike any other Batman movie we’ve seen before 🔥🦇

The stupidest thing about this is Bats stopped a bullet with his hand. As for dumping on the motivation of the villain you're clearly off base. Her family was killed. Of course there isn't a rational reason behind her motivation. No different than the Joker doing what he does "just because". "Oh, but, he's insane." Yeah... And again...losing her family killed (get it?) anything rational in her... And to the mention of Thanos eliminating half of the people... Well, here we are again. It doesn't make sense to us but, it does to him.

....Her skillset/backstory is okay to a certain point... but taking it that far from a random crash is anime villain levels of bad. Should have went the Law abiding citizen route. Something happens to her family,corrupt judicial system does nothing.. So she's straight destroying corrupt systems & politicians anywhere there's even a little corruption. Some of this works out, some of it creates power vacuums and more chaos.
