The house is a piece of art except for the toilet in the primary room which I don't really understand why it sits right next to the closets. 🤔

ang ganda ng house from exterior to interior. pinaka gusto ko is both entrance may receiving area and may access sa primary bedroom. kung may babaguhin man ako, yung layout lang ng primary bathroom kasi gusto ko enclosed yung mismong bathroom from closet. pero overall ang ganda, maximized yung lot area.
I absolutely love this house! The exterior design is stunning, and the interior is just as impressive. It's beautifully crafted inside and out.

Eto ang pinaka-kakaiba sa lahat ng tours so far. None of those Tacky Wood Slats fondly used by Dragon Builders 😂 I especially loved the Wood tone of the Doors- Dark Walnut(?) that gives great contrast to the Narra wood floors. And the Kitchen… Is it made by Häcker or possibly Poggenpohl? 🇩🇪 Overall, not your cookie cutter house.

Contemporary Labyrinth would be a more apt description. The confusing design and layout puts the dormitories in Hogwarts to shame, even with the moving staircases 😅

Inisip ang daming dapat linisin sa bahay na yan haha but I love the design, gusto ko talaga mga ganitong layout sa bahay para hindi boring.

I like this house, it's a modern elegant vibe with lots of rooms but it is not a home. If you know what I mean
yeah this is definitely a maze/labyrinth house na very artistic. ang ganda talaga. hindi nga lang bagay sakin kasi minimalist ang style ko plus the fact na wala naman akong pambili nito HAHAHA!

The soon-to-be former owner is probably selling the house because there is a fricking toilet in his walk-in closet. New owner's gonna knock a few thousands from the asking price to renovate that toilet.

I don't see this as a senior friendly house. Though there is an elevator yet too many areas were in you would need to use the stairs.

You are right . . 180 M too much asking even though some of the Art works are included . . . With that price, I can buy 3 to 5 properties with a Bigger lot and leaving space.
Who ever will buy this property, you have to think 10 X unless you have a lot of money and you don't mind
