Why don't you show the full graphics menu? I can see its possible to scroll down further and I'm not seeing where the RT setting you're even turning on is.
Because the remaining settings are not directly related to the actual graphics and performance. The options that were cut out: graphics filters (standard and the 90s), colorblind modes (off), inventory visual effects, high contrast mode (off).
It also seems to be possible to enable Ray Reconstruction by changing the following Engine.ini config lines (ray tracing needs to be enabled in game!): [SystemSettings] r.NGX.DLSS.denoisermode=1 r.Lumen.Reflections.BilateralFilter=0 r.Lumen.Reflections.ScreenSpaceReconstruction=0 r.lumen.Reflections.Temporal=0 r.Shadow.Denoiser=0

I checked it and I can confirm that FSR 3 FG is working using this method. It is limited to FSR upscaling only, so you wont be able to use it with DLSS. Cutscenes are bumped from 30fps to 60, but some objects, like clothes for example, are still running at 30fps and it looks very glitchy.
Konami nailed the atmosphere, the game looks, and sounds incredible. However this game is a technical mess on PC. Massive fps dips from 90fps to 10fps during combat and just exploring, some of the worst stuttering in a game ever, DLSS is completely broken and offers absolutely no fps gain, constant crashes. This better have a day 1 patch. Its just not playable in its current state and takes you out of the immersion. RTX 4080, 32GB Ram, i7-11700KF, SSD

What’s it like with RT on?
After all, there is an old version of DLSS 3.5.10 in this game
The DLSS version was manualy updated to 3.7.20 in this video.

Maybe that's why frame generation not present in release version, maybe will be added later down
How did u update dlss? Also if u update dlss does it add dlss fg?

Game officialy doesn't support FG, Lossless Scaling LSFG Frame Gen is your best option here
