Thank you for talking about boredom and not being productive for a while. Creativity and productivity always come to me in bursts (it's very typical for people with ADHD) and the "writers should write every day even when they're not inspired" is not a mantra that suits my work habits. I tried that. It's great while it lasts, but eventually I get bored or uninspired and have to step back and refresh my mind to come up with new ideas and solutions. This boredom period is agony, but it truly is necessary for new ideas to spark.
I love learning about other writers processes. Everyone has a different method for expressing their creativity and i appreciate every view on getting it on paper.

The composer Brahms said he erased eighty percent of what he wrote. The muse comes once in a while, usually when least expected and you have to be ready in moments of random brilliant inspiration. But in moments in between divine inspiration he kept at it.
I'm interested in worldbuilding, but arguably more important is the people that live in it actually behave like they were raised in it. Other characters say that cool guy was 'raised in an elite warrior tribe', so he should demonstrate that when he fights or even when he socializes out of battle

And if you're writing for physical location, coordination is not new. This is a term to compare against other creative product for selling. WELL WRITTEN stories are immersive.
Writing is always a chore. You may have a flash inspirational 4 hour finger tapping session, but you'll only ever experience this 3 or 4 times in your entire life. A good writer is never satisfied with what they've written. It can always be improved, language cleaned up and condensed. Brevity above all. If you're ever satisfied with what you've done, you're just a hack.
