Thank a lot for this video. I'm in Spain now and I suffer from left hip chronic pain since 2021 till now, This was provoked to me, since I was in a homeless center here which was located on a hill and I had to walk up the hill each day for one year, It is a homeless center called Emaús here in Spain, Anyways since I left this center I have been rehabilitating myself. I feel pain from my left hip till my left knee. I was diagnosed with Trocanteritis, but I believe that there is more than just Trocanteritis, Thanks ❤❤❤
A very useful video. I get this in my right thigh at the front when I sleep on my left side, which I have to do as I suffer from acid reflux. I will try the exercises. Thank you
I live in Switzerland & have had 3 total hip replacement operations on my right hip, all done here. The second was supposedly to fix the first & the third to fix the second. The first & third were via the posterior approach, the second via the anterior approach. Anyway, the second operation left me with what I believe is meralgia paresthetica (although nobody has actually been able to confirm this). Since this operation, about two years ago, I’ve had numbness & pain in my right thigh, down the side & in front (as you describe) especially when walking. You might want to add total hip replacement via the anterior approach to your list of possible causes of meralgia paresthetica. I am going to try your exercises but need to tread carefully as it’s been less than two months since the third operation. I’ve viewed a number of your videos & find them very helpful & instructive, thanks especially for this one.
I’m glad you’ve liked their other videos. You’re right about surgical incisions being a possible entrapment site as well. Maybe in the future will do some videos on that in particular. Either way this video is pretty comprehensive with us strategic approach of dealing with different types of the condition. Remember we have virtual if you’re looking for specific programming of exercises and stretches that are safe for you. A lot of times we see people after they’ve been released for physical activity from their doctor and physical therapist. Happy healing.
I had a hysterectomy in June of this year and seem to have developed this since for some reason. I’m going to try some of these. Thank you from Canada!
If you need some help finding out better variations for you, please reach out as we have virtual and in person sessions where we customize everything for you and walk you through the process step-by-step. You can contact us via the links in the description for the video.
I’m 68 and suddenly noticed I was experiencing great difficulty getting to the floor and then back up again, it came out of nowhere and has got worse ever since that’s how I knew I had this problem
We fine it take around 2 months or so to have some lasting relief. But it takes finding the right treatment methods. Can’t just throw anything at it and expect the same time frame. Call is if you want some help with it 714-502-4243
