Being able to quick search photos or having Siri do it rather than manually having to search is a lifesaver especially if you have tons of photos. Probably not a worthwhile upgrade if you have the 15, but for a 13 like mine, it’s a pretty sizable performance difference at this point.

It's easy to dismiss incremental improvements in technology, but the reality is that even small advancements often require immense effort from thousands of scientists and engineers with decades of experience. These cutting-edge products represent the pinnacle of human innovation, yet they're frequently met with criticism and dismissive comments like "it's the same old boring stuff, or not much improvement". Good job Apple and brilliant engineers!
Apple is behind Honor , Vivo , Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Red Magic and Google in innovation. I'm glad I left Apple years ago they won't get my sim again too boring little tiny incrementalism. Android is superior. The only decent things were Apple intelligence and hearing aids nothing else and it looks exactly the same as the 15 pro max. No foldables, no corning non reflective glass , no stylus support , and no multi tasking. There's barely any innovation here
A camera button takes me back to the Sony Ericsson cybershot phones k800i etc., They were great for quick photos; slide open lens cover, take a photo and even select from the choices taken in quick succession.
I love how every time Apple releases new features, they're things that Android has had for YEARS, but they tout them as if they're revolutionary 😂 at least they realize the only reason people keep buying their phones are the decent cameras and now have a dedicated button to implement features Adroid has had (lens, at he stated). The zoom is kinda cool though tbh (see: samsung i8000 omnia ii and s8000 jet from 2009). Apple users can launch the camera quickly now! Sure, Samsung has had the double power button to quick launch since (2015 via Samsung) instead of attributing gestures such as triple taps (though I'm sure few Apple users really go this far into customization or settings). Yes, I'm a hater, I love tech, but if consumers put up with the lessening of features year-over-year with an inflated price, then it'll never stop. You really got: .2in (i can do this with mild climate change), and extra button (welcome to Android, but you have zoom now from said button), an upgraded single lens (not overhaul of all 3), new chipset (of which the quantitative values are not diverged), battery slightly improved, and software... Not worth it.
I want you all to look at the S23 vs the s24 and pixel 8 vs 9. They look the same and the differences were mainly internal. Only the smaller android phone makers go drastic with design changes year to year.
So what's the point of getting the Pro Max version instead of the Pro version? I mean, sure, bigger battery, bigger display, but what else? Is it really worth getting the Pro Max? the Pro comes with 128GB Storage and the Pro Max comes with 256GB Storage (default option). 📱🍎 Not to mention you have the SAME stuff on the Pro & Pro Max > (not limited to): - Apple AI - 120Hz Display - New Camera Technology - USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2
Huawei invented a phone that folds 3 times and can become a tablet!! When you open the box, you find headphones + a fast charger + another charger + 2 charging cables, all of this for only $2800. While Apple did not invent anything except a new button for the camera in the new iPhone, and the box contains only the phone alone for $1,600
What I don’t get is why people complain about the lack of actual upgrades. Like comparing the iPhone 15 pro to the 16 pro. I didn’t realize all these people bought a new iPhone every year. Unless you’re like me and are looking to upgrade my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 16. This has major changes to display, camera and a huge processor upgrade. Plus the fact that it is lighter than my stainless steel iPhone seems pretty awesome. I don’t care about the new camera button though. I’m really curious about what AI will do. Being able to quick search photos or having Siri do it rather than manually having to search is a lifesaver especially if you have tons of photos. Probably not a worthwhile upgrade if you have the 15, but for a 13 like mine, it’s a pretty sizable performance difference at this point.

I’m kinda in the same boat but idk 😩
I’m switching up to the 16 pro max from the 13 pro max! Lots of great changes to it!
@@gloriawilliams919I m still thinking to switch from 14 pm to 16 pm !

So your stipulation in buying a new iPhone if it had a different case? The way the phone looks is the least thing I care about.
I'm on the Z Fold 6 and honestly. The iPhone looks the same as last year's.
And there's not any thing people can say, it's innovative of this phone that just came out
What is the difference? This looks like a redesign of the last two or three models!
Disappointing! Switching to Google Pixel 9 isn't such a bad idea now
You can do that but the pixel doesnt seem better than the iphone. Its like an iphone with android and a worse chip.

I had the iPhone 13pro max upgraded last week for the 15 pro max not knowing the 16 is coming so I’m exchanging it tomorrow to pre ordered the 16 pro max tomorrow I’m excited!! 😊
The iphone 16 in the thumbnail of this video reminds me of the old Galaxy S3 with the dandelion wallpaper. It's as if apple took just a little over 12 years to catch up to Galaxy and Xperia😂
One of the best "new" features that I use all the time on my Galaxy S24 Ultra is the 50MP 5x lens. I use it more often compared to the regular 200MP lens. So I'm happy that iPhone users get it as well.🙂
Sorry to burst your bubble but higher mp doesn’t equal better image quality. Thats a marketing gimic
There are 12mp sensors that would blow away the quality from a 50mp or even 200mp sensor.

Why does Apple even bother to shoot new iphone release event? They can just reupload their old iphone release video with an edited audio. No one will notice any difference.
New colors tho! Haha

When Apple did ‘S’ models it always alternated; design change - hardware change. They stopped when they introduced 11 and now do changes every 3 generations. 11, 12 and 13 are same design language with camera and notch design, 14, 15, 16 are same with Dynamic Island. Hopefully 17 is the removal of the Dynamic Island
I replace my phones when they are broke not because it comes with an extra button 😂😂
Reversed wireless charging is finally here on an iphone, but on one is talking about it, that's because no one really cares about wireless charging, and oh you can now also pause a video recording and continue when you want, nice

Fair point, but my comment was more about how little the design has evolved recently. I understand the original iPhone look is iconic, but it’s always nice to see a fresh take on design after so many versions. Just sharing my perspective! Yoh! Sarcastic much.
@@papi3071 its been two years, what changes are you expecting to the design? Its pointless adding extra bells and whistles onto a product just for the sake of it. Its the same with all phone companies, we've hit a brick wall because phones right now are at a good and solid design, thats why most updates are software based.

Upgrading from an 11, seems worth it to me
I love how every time Apple releases new features, they're things that Android has had for YEARS, but they tout them as if they're revolutionary 😂 at least they realize the only reason people keep buying their phones are the decent cameras and now have a dedicated button to implement features Adroid has had (lens, at he stated).
Just curious what phone has spatial video recording?

Small phones suck. Trash battery life and worse thermals. Only good thing is portability. There’s a reason why the pro max out sells pro

So what's the point of getting the Pro Max version instead of the Pro version? I mean, sure, bigger battery, bigger display, but what else? Is it really worth getting the Pro Max? the Pro comes with 128GB Storage and the Pro Max comes with 256GB Storage (default option). 📱🍎

Huawei invented a phone that folds 3 times and can become a tablet!! When you open the box, you find headphones + a fast charger + another charger + 2 charging cables, all of this for only $2800.
While Apple did not invent anything except a new button for the camera in the new iPhone, and the box contains only the phone alone for $1,600
already pre ordered 16 pro max after using xs max for over 5 years. cant be more excited.
Is it worth upgrading from 14 pro max?
No
I don’t need it. My 11 Pro works great still. I will probably get the 18 Pro Max
I only wish they differentiated the difference for the pro models more. Like making the cutout just a tad different from what it was
Basically they caught up with Android phones from 2 years ago
What I don’t get is why people complain about the lack of actual upgrades. Like comparing the iPhone 15 pro to the 16 pro. I didn’t realize all these people bought a new iPhone every year. Unless you’re like me and are looking to upgrade my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 16. This has major changes to display, camera and a huge processor upgrade. People forget how short a year is and expect too much in 1 year.
I’m upgrading from 15 plus then I’ll wait for 5 yrs for noticeable difference
Pre-ordered mine. My current 15 pro max had the worst battery ever despite being a great phone
So they added a button that’s not really a button. Is that it??? I am about to cry.
