I love that he's taking responsibility, it would be easy to shift blame off himself, but he's taking control. You can just hear the difference in a seasoned play caller vs. what we had with Waldron. I think by the end of the year we are going to love what we see. Detroit showed you what we are capable of, now it's a matter of being consistent with it and refining. This is still a year where the coaches are figuring out what we have and what we can do, we were spoiled a bit by a 3-0 start. Can't wait to see what this team does against our biggest division rival.
It’s hard to run the ball when the offensive line sucks ass. We need more two tight end sets with Pharaoh and AJ to run efficiently

Running the ball is better when your O-line sucks. You got it backwards.
O line will look a lot better when you trust them and get to running the ball. You can't just abandon the run because you had 1 or 2 stuffs. Its hard for o line to protect on 40 50 pass pro attempts

He's competent in the spread throwing 40+ times a game in college. The spread doesn't work in the nfl. Non-complimentary philosophy. If he was accountable he would have seen the writing on the wall, but he was clouded by the 3-0 start and all the extra possessions the defense was giving them playing against rookie and 3rd string qb's. His "taking the blame" is 3 games too late.

Need grubb to call quicker hitting downhill plays in the right situations. Pulling lineman at the 1 yd line, unblocked DEs on 4th down qb play actions, or even 4th downs the offense clearly isn’t ready to run with 3 sec left on the play clock. Can’t do that against the Niners.

I’m thinking about last game and the next one and the same context as the first and second half of that Denver game. Grubb can adjust and he will. Like he said, he could’ve called 9 other plays on that 4th down that were better. He’s gonna figure out how to shorten that list down to 1 or 2 and with Geno’s ability we will be cruising!

We're 32nd in Rushing attempts! How are we last in rushing attempts when Seattle is known for prioritizing the run game before the pass. I'm glad we're doing good at passing but it also gives the o-line and geno some leverage!
What's K9 going to do if our offensive line can't create gaps for him or even block on outside runs. I'd hate to see a shitty O-line fail him and cause him to lose 4-5 yards because he is getting tackled behind the line
Here’s the thing, we didn’t even get the ball in the offenses hands until damn near the 2nd Quarter after the 1st drive. We didn’t have the ball enough to try to establish the run. Also establishing the run don’t mean run on 1st down all the time. Get those 5-8 yards on 1st down passing and give yourself 2 chances to run for those 1st downs and then you can open th8ngs up!
I can understand the frustration from the fans, by not giving KW the ball more. But giants had possession most of the game and controlled most of the game. I believe that’s why we threw so much just to try to catch up.

There's been so many dumb comments man... These guys are 5 games in. Yes, the last 2 sucked, but there has been excitement and function that we didn't see last year. And the last game went so bad, but they did not quit! They didn't just turn it into pro bowl play. They gave it their all to the last second. I am happy with this team, even though things went wrong. Obviously, some holes need closing, but the fact that we looked bad can mean something is actually changing. Kinda like things get messy before getting better.

I just hope that they have not been trying to show their hand and been saving the best plays for our division games where it matters the most. And we will see a whole differnt play call as we battle our division rivals. As much as the players have been talking about mike mcdonald calling plays that will be in formations that will have the op offense not know what we are about to do. So Grub and mcdonald please prove us all wrong and bring your A game for this Thursday game. Even with the depth back ups we have in place that will out shine the 9iners at our home field. I believe in you guys and our team and the 12s will be here to do what we do best.

I agree. You have to get the ball to Ken and Zach more, but you also have to know when not to and when to throw the ball up the field, sir. Sometimes, the run game suffers because opposing teams rush at Ken and Zach. We have to hold the line better while Geno is setting to throw or pass the ball. The opponents are getting to him way too often, which requires him to throw the ball away resulting in interceptions or out of bounds plays. Relieve the pressure. Defending better on offense has to be the emphasis going forward. I see opposing teams defend well on offense all the time. We can, too!👌💯☺️🫶💚💙
