Get a controller from Bioenno.
Hopefully, you'll find a radio friendly solar controller. The shape of the panel looks like it might be awkward to set up for maximum solar collection.
The Genasun controllers are quiet.. The panel is easy to set up..
A 200 watt panel is a great size for boating, bugging in, or 4WD mobile. Folding, it should be reasonably easy to put it in a Faraday cage to protect it from a Carrington event like the coronal mass ejection earlier this month that would have been a very bad Carrington event if it had hit us. For a cheap charge controller, get a DC to DC voltage converter of the appropriate current rating and adjust the output to 0.2V less than the overcharge cutout on your LiFePO4.
