I'm not a cat person (I'm a dog one). So this was not on my wishlist but I was curious to see your thoughts on it. I was not disappointed, and I loved hearing your thoughts about the composition and the artistic choices. I think what I liked most were all the little stuffed animals 😊. As for the Ten of Swords, I understand people's reactions, and indeed, this card stands out and not necessarily for the right reasons. But with the guidebook, I see it as representing those moments when we’re in the Ten of Swords - we can experience or feel like it’s the end, that we’ll never heal because we are in so much pain. So, I think the image can represent this person’s state well. And with the context of the cat-unicorn, it shows us that yes, we can heal, we will heal, but it will take time, even though it seems impossible or unthinkable right now. Thanks for your video have a great day! (And me too the fact that in the 4 of wands there was no fire to be seen bothers me 😅)
Aww thank you! Right? Those little stuffed animals were so unexpected and surprisingly scene-stealing lol. And I agree with you about the 10 of Swords, I think. Fantastic intent. Love the guidebook entry being so resilient and magical. And yet, the art choice is just a bit of a sore thumb when viewed w the rest of the cards. Ah well, perfection in anything would be boring lol. Also THANK YOU for sharing that the 4 of Wands firelessness bothers you, too 🤣 💜
Thank you for showing this deck its cute, but... your artistic input is lovely
Aww well thank you, Pamela 💜
That rug in the lovers totally looks like a pad, I’m with you on that one
LOL glad it’s not just me, Chanel!

The bloody image of the 10 swords just seems incongruous with the rest of the deck
Yep, totally agree. I feel like this could’ve been easily side-stepped
