I agree with most of this, but it’s not always be present and enjoy. It’s just be present. If you expect enjoyment, then you will fall into suffering. The true release comes from accepting things as they are. Practicing acceptance brings peace and enjoyment, but if you chase it, it won’t come.
Thank you for the conversation starter! I can see and feel the sentiment of your words. I find that when I strive for contentment which to me is a subtle degree if enjoyment then I am fully present. Pain comes and goes and I might not enjoy it but the act if presence and acceptance like you said, brings me a sensation of being held. Enjoyment might not be the right word to describe this, you're right. Thank you for the great mind opening Comment! I hope to hear from you more on future posts!🙏✨️💓
While listening to this video, I shuffled my cards and I pulled the nine of cups!!! Totally perfect and fitting because it is about satisfaction, gratitude, and wish fulfillment!
Good one! And with a car analogy! :D Ja, fer shrr! Our parental and societal conditioning/programming, all those very limiting beliefs, lies we've been told and then that we told ourselves about ourselves and about The World are obstacles to moving toward a state of moksha (liberation.) In a scary world, some folks will struggle to form a nice, safe, narrow identity to cope with the intensity of their life, and wind up identifying with their programming for the rest of their lives. I've observed others, however, who not only "allow" themselves to die to their programming, their past, but who embrace being more "full-spectrum", simply present, taking the world as it is and coming into close alignment with Creation so that all blessings follow! Just being calmly present to what is, without projecting on the observable universe what we think we know about ourselves or about the world and without a lot of hub bub, someone may find their next bigger, better car (or truck) right in their driveway!
"dedicate myself to the conscious expansion of love" you're incredible, beautiful message and messenger.
🥹🙏 aw...thank you so much.💓
