there is many health issues I can see but at the same time, it's a very hard job these guys are doing and also sitting on the floor, I am sure the employer can improve on the working condition.

Pero es que esta gente también se complica el trabajo a propósito, tan difícil instalar un canal debajo de la trituradora para recoger el restante. Son capaces de soldar ejes de camiones rotos pero no de adaptar las máquinas.
Esta gente, no usa, ni medidas de protección, ni ergonomia, de trabajo, el tiempo no ha pasado por ellos.
