I adore her! She is a wonderful actress and her paintings are beautiful! I'm envious of her talent in that she can express her feelings -- good and bad -- through her art and work out her feelings and frustrations that way. She's still a gracious lady.
I love Kim Novak. She’s always been lovely. Vertigo is amazing. I wish her so much happiness.
I'm so glad she lives in Oregon! We have the most beautiful land and views where I'm from.
The worst people tbough.
@@Covid--ts5cw Now Leroy, why do you that?
Leroy Bobby Not so... I live in southern West Virginia and my uncle lived with a girl from Oregon for years.. She was a wonderfully sweet girl, and her family in Oregon always welcomed my uncle with open arms.. For them to be from the northwest, they sure knew how to show southern hospitality.

I think "Vertigo" was Hitchcock's masterpiece. Kim Novak absolutely made that character indelible and unforgettable. An absolute must-see film. Brilliant camera work, acting and script!
She is gorgeous! And also so brave! Good to hear from her! Love you Kim. I"ve always admired you!
Amazing amazing interview and THIS lady looks amazing no matter what ❤❤❤
How amazing you are Kim! I aways thought you were a wonderful actress and now I know you are a wonderful person too. Bravo!
What a gentle, and sensitive woman. Bless her heart. One can still hear and see how much Kim loved her father. But something scared her about him. I hope this dear, beautiful lady finds peace in her heart someday soon. 🌺
I love her and her paintings are exquisite!
Kim,
You allowed me to buy you a beer at The Warehouse in Monterey on Cannery Row in the mid 60's. I'm 11 years your junior, you were stunning, even in dungarees. I happened to catch you on your way back to Big Sur; you won't remember, but I sure do. At that time I was studying Russian at The Presidio of Monterey.
I treasure those brief moments that have lasted a lifetime for me.
Thanks
Bob
He painting are beautiful. What a beautiful woman and person. I think she is multi talented. She also writes poetry, paints beautifully and she was a fine actress before she retired.
What a beautiful lady. God bless you. What class something actresses of today need to learn.
Love her complete honesty. It is one of the qualities that makes her films so captivating.
An amazing artist in every way.
Bell, Book and Candle was my favorite. The alluring witch calling for her cat-familiar...."Pywackitt!"
Philip Loverde
I once read that Kim adopted the cat
@@lindaterrell6104 I think that's great. She of course championed causes to prefer animal species and to help aid in the care of animals. Just like Doris Day.
she is still wonderful. incredible interview thanks kim and cbs.
Kim is the Joni Mitchell of Cinema. Her previous work and artistry speak volumes. So glad she got back to the garden.
Kim will always be beautiful. She's such a good natured woman. Beautiful soul. She inspires me to get out my paints. And express my pain and joys in life. Love and hugs Kim from Michigan!!!
Loved her in Vertigo. So beautiful.
Still beautiful at 86! Her paintings are amazing!
Just now seeing interview with Mrs and she's not only beautiful outside but radiates beauty from within. Her artistry is phenomenal, acting & painting. Don't listen or read negative insults. You deserve so much more.
A beautiful soul. I wish her continued freedom from all those who simply do not get it. I adore her in all of her movies. It was beyond her true physical beauty, it was a wonderment to watch her act. The pain her father created was harsh but it is with grace that she has lifted herself above his cruelness. He is gone, she remains as a survivor. She beat it back. Good for her.
I’m 56 now and I adore watching old movies from before my time. I got involved in the film business and found out how ruthless it really is. Kim Novak along with all the others are a byproduct of the fantastical fantasy movie factory. She was a beautiful woman in her younger life as we all wore when we were younger, but because of fame and constant pressure from Hollywood many stars tragically turn to desperate measures. Good for her for leaving Hollywood in 1966 and good for her for being a good sport about everything. If you’re reading this Kim, I love all the work you have done and I think you’re doing the right thing for yourself and family, God bless you! and enjoy the rest of this journey and be in peace.
Her Picnic dance is truly sexy. My favorite of her movies.
Her movie Strangers when we Meet, it's so good! You can watch it here on youtube. She had lavender hair in 1960.
I really enjoyed this interview.
Kim Novak's performance in
"The Man with the Golden Arm"
Made me an instant Fan, She is the Perfect Example of A Great Artist and A Beautiful Soul
dave lynch Love that movie - painful to watch, but groundbreaking! (I’m a graphic designer, and the titles were done by Saul Bass, one of my heroes)
@@marubione i too Love that Movie, And Completely agree with your description of it,.. 10 years ago, talking about Classic movies with friends at a party, A Graphic Designer overheard me mention "The Man with the Golden Arm", which made that person sit up off the couch, Approach our little circle and engage in some Heatwarming Conversations, And Alot of Laughs mixed with Some Really Really Bad impression's Lol.. it was a Great Time, Thank you for reminding me of such a fond Memory 😆👍👍
i love u kim. people are shallow. god bless u. ive always enjpyed ur craft.ur wisdom. ur joy.u felt about ur father what i felt..life goes on.
Im Happy she left phoney Hollywood behind and found her true self... Continued blessings Ms Novak!🤗
03:25 This just breaks my heart. Her vulnerability makes her a great artist and actress. Beautiful woman. Beautiful soul.
Mo Rocca's tenderness and respect for Kim Novak is a beautiful thing♡
I kind of understand that last comment. There has always been an authenticity about her. Great feature story. Well done. I feel I learned something valuable. Thanks, Ms. Novak.
Kim Novak,a truely beautiful and talented star both inside and out!
