Heat Embossing with Stencils - 5 Minute Cards

- In today's 5 Minute Cards video, I show you how to use heat embossing with your stencils! Instead of VersaMark or Embossing and WaterMark ink, I use white pigment ink because it's thinner and less sticky which creates a sharper embossed image. I hope you enjoy the video and I hope you will give it a try!
I'd love to know if you like the extra embellishments or if you would have left it plain? Let me know in the comments below. XO

Gina, really appreciate the 5min tutorials; not that I dont like spending time with you on your live! Just find it difficult to find longer periods of uninterrupted time. Always amazed how you can design on the fly and the results are so stunning.
Beautiful elegant snowflake card Gina.
Absolutely LOVE your 5 minute videos…especially when in need of mass producing!!! ❤️
Both are beautiful...like extra embellishments.
So simple yet so pretty
Wow! The pigment ink really did do a great job of making a very clean-edged stencil. Thank you for such a great tip!
Love these 5 minute cards.
Thanks for the tip for using the pigment ink rather than embossing ink. Brilliant!
Love this so easily mass produced
Such a beautiful elegant card. I love this snowflake stencil. I've used it with Glitz Glitter Gel but not with embossing powder. Now I need to try this. Thanks for sharing. I really enjoy your 5 Minute card videos.
Great card, so simple, but so elegant x

Stencils have never worked for me but I’ve never heard of using pigment ink with them. Maybe I’m the last one to know 😆. I’m looking forward to giving them another go. Tyfs.

Another great 5 minute card video Gina! I just love these!
I really appreciate the shorter videos as this is such a hectic time of year. Thank you.
Such a lovely card. Next to know I can use my white ink instead of versamark. I didn’t realise that you could put any colour embossing powder on top of pigment ink. Thank you you’ve made my life easier this Christmas 🤶
Gorgeous card!! Can’t wait to try this technique!! LOVE the 5 minute cards! Thank you for sharing 😊
Lovely and always something new. Thank you once again. 8-)
I love your beautiful card Gina.. That snowflake turned out so elegant.. I got some new embossing powder by Wendy Vechi and it is called Tree branch by Ranger.. Can't wait to see that new color.. I also got my first Tim Holtz Distress paints and they have a sponge dauber on the top and i love the feel of the paints when it dries. I think you should come out with a line of paint too..
I like it ✨💖
Gorgeous card, love it! 🤩 TFS
Das ist eine wunderschöne Karte, vielen Dank fürs Zeigen👏
Mein Abo hast du.
Viele Grüße von Bille🤗🤗🤗
That was fascinating. I have to try that. First I need the pigment ink. Pity…I just put in an order for ink cubes yesterday 😐
I want to see you how you glue up and put the rhinestones on the card please.
Can you use other colours of pigment ink, don’t have white
If you are using a coloured powder then you can use any colour ink. If you are using clear embossing powder then you need to use a coloured ink of your choice as the ink will show through the clear powder.
Yes, you can!
