Edit: ichi-oku (一億) and ni-oku (二億) are 100 million and 200 million respectively (not 1b and 2b); my bad, I absolutely did not realize and should have double checked! Check the description for other corrections, and thank you to everyone for pointing these things out. Regarding the translation of hyaku oku as "10 billion", go re-listen to any scene in Yakuza Kiwami where characters speak about the 10 billion yen and hear what the original Japanese word is. I'm fairly sure the choice to include the specific number in Machinegun Kiss is at least partially to do with what it represents in the series; Kiryu's love for Yumi, and vice versa. Yes, the official (singable) English translation is "1, 2, 100", and when written out it says 100億 (100 million), but literal translation just doesn't work with these numbers. It's 10 billion, the same number that is translated as such all throughout the main series whenever it's mentioned.
