Mirco once layed a de la chica in my arms in your shop so e years ago. Playing it was an incredible experience, just like melting into the entire history of Granadas Guitar tradition. you could hear and feel the love of music and tone and it was heartbreaking to give it back. After years: Thank you Mirco for this ! :-) all the best for all of Siccas Guitars !! cheers Thomas (currently in Andalucia)
So I’m biased towards the Walter guitar since I have a 2010 one, which is awesome! The one you played is a classic Walter guitar and it is very balanced, warm and with great volume. I also liked the Botelli. Keep up the great presentations!
So nice to see Steven Walter's guitars here! That one is a gem. Beautiful demo, Jouyan!! Just a heads up: I think you're using Knobloch active series (carbon) trebles, but the description links to QZ nylon (on the past few videos)
That's it, I'm moving to Europe. The kid just started working at Siccas in the beginning of summer, and now he's on vacation:) so, De La Chica and Wurth share first in my view. Botelli's guitars have gotten substantially better since 1988. I have never heard of Walter before, but modern guitars are not my thing.
I enoyed the Walter guitar (THX) and the Botelli - sounds lovely but the guitar looks beaten up - poor thing! The other guitars also were excellent. Thanks!
The Walter guitar's saddle is slanted toward the sound hole a bit too much. It's not just because the top is in slope relative to the raised finger board, but also because the lower part of the top is swollen. You can see it at 6:06.
The Walter has the warmth of a piano!
Thank you

The Weekly Guitar Meetings were too intense for him. He needed a break.
