I admire Pastor Steve's teachings on eschatology. He explains things so well. It's now November 2019 and I'm so looking forward to Jesus to Rapture the Church. I'm not frightened for myself because I am born-again and I am looking for Jesus to call up His Church at any time; however, I am frightened for my unsaved family members and friends who seem too preoccupied with life to notice what time it is. I can almost tangibly feel something in the air-the atmosphere seems charged, in a sense, for something to happen. At any rate, I enjoyed the teaching on eschatology.
It's 2023 now.

Thanks Pastor Steve. Ezek 38:8b thru Ezek 38:16a is all about the end of the millennium. The rest of chapters 38 and 39 are all about our near future.

interesting to know what the 2 small Christian countries in that area- Armenia and Georgia - will be doing in the times of Ezekiel 38. Will they still exist? I'm curious especially after the 2020 war between Armenia and Turkey backed Azerbaijan. Looks that Turkey is trying to finish the genocide he started against Christian's nations during WW1.
What people don't understand is that Ezekiel was in Babylon among the Jewish captives when nebuchadnezzar invaded Jerusalem from the north. Ezekiel had to use coded messages to convey his message. Ezekiel 38-39 is a local event and it pertains to the Jewish people in Ezekiel time. Daniel was in the palace of Babylon,advising three kings on spiritual matters. Ezekiel 38-39 is not a worldwide event as most people try to interpret,its a local event.

Ezekiel 38-39 only pertains to the Jewish people when they were held captives in Babylon. Ezekiel was a captive in Babylon,it has nothing to do with Turkey or WW3. Ezekiel 38 describes Babylon invading from the north because of Israels apostasy towards God.

Scary, the guy you speak of claims to have repented and took Christ as his savior. He holds prayer meetings, he has many preachers as advisors. He is fighting for freedom of religion. He has now recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Not all Israelites are Jews; there are the ten missing tribes spread among the nation's of the world which God promised to bring back to Israel at the end times. Jew are from the House of Judah only. Ezekiel 38 is the end of the millennium, Israel without bars and walls??? Jesus has to be ruling with rod of iron for that to happen.
Ezekiel 39 is Armageddon and the beginning of the millennium. after the day of the Lord.
