Happy Thursday! The ROSE BOWL FLEA MARKET was this past weekend and I wanted to take you guys shopping with me to find somethings we can FLIP into amazing pieces of decor! The Rose Bowl Flea Market is always fun to browse and see what unique pieces I can find - even though it was supposed to rain…AGAIN! ugh. You didn't barter with her! Ask would you take twenty? She will either say no, yes, or twenty five? Then you say twenty two and she says okay!! That's how you barter. Because they want to sell their stuff. Don't be intimidated, they love it!
I cant believe how expensive flea market and thrift shopping is getting.

yey! as a chilean, to see you put the lady talking about our country and culture make me so happy. Chiloé is a well known island for its style and culture. Love it! it would be awesome if after the pandemic its over you could come and visit :)
I am amazed at how much restraint you have when at a flea market, especially since that one had so much great stuff! Your thrift shops are also packed with such good finds. Living out in the 'boonies' we just don't get much of a selection, harder to find hidden treasures. Also wanted to mention that you gotta bargain with those venders. Since many expect people will haggle over their prices they tend to ask for more expecting that they will be bargained down. It does get tiresome having to fight over their prices, but if you really like something fight for a better price. Also, one disadvantage of going so early in the morning is that they aren't ready to let things go for much less. Best selection though.

The Rose Bowl Flea Market looks so well put together, it looks like there's always a high quality selection of things but at the same time those prices...
