Tengo un de 37 años que comenzó con diabetes 1 desde los 14 años ahora tiene gastroparesis como loco demostrando ayudar en casa xq es hospitalizado cada 3 o 4 semanas

Hi Doctor, Since I had my gallbladder removed I have had bowel failure and always feel heavy and full like I'm going to explode and lose weight. I have become very skinny. My weight was 80 and I am now 49 I visited more than one doctor and no one diagnosed me. This happened to me after my cholecystectomy. I think I'm the only one in Morocco that has had this happen to me. Doctors here don't believe me when I tell them that my gallbladder has caused me intestinal failure. They tell me you have to eat well. They don't know anything about intestinal paralysis. Sometimes I don't eat for a week and sometimes I have lunch intravenously, I don't feel hungry and I feel heavy. I feel weak, dizzy, failing feet and hair loss, I have had this disease for a year and I still have this disease, my life has changed and now I don't eat. Now the food stays stuck in my gut. I hope you can help me and I hope you will find a solution for me I have been married for a year I was happy with my husband and now my life has changed because of this terrible disease and no one understands me and no doctor helped me I am confused
