Yesterday I went to get a first hand look at both tablets in an electronics store near me. Although the Ultra doesn't look as huge as I thought it would be but the Plus version is the one that would meet my needs: strictly media consumption and web searching. No gaming, no note taking, etc. The screen size is large enough to be used at home and when travelling. Here in the Netherlands, the S9 Plus starts at 1100 euros which is way too much too pay for a tablet. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 which still works great so I'm considering waiting until next year when prices will eventually come down. Thanks for the upload.
This powerhouse tablet's got a display so smooth it's like a portal to a new dimension. The S Pen feels like a magic wand in my hand, letting me write, draw, and take notes with unmatched precision. Plus, the battery life is a beast, lasting from sunrise to way past sunset. The only downside? With a screen this gorgeous, I might just get hypnotized. But hey, that's a risk I'm willing to take. But to protect that I had to invest in a gadgetshieldz screen and body protection film and it's serving. I would wife up this one if I could

I think the clip where you give a sample of the front facing camera is missing. It is just a shot of you using the tab in your car. Around 14:18 .
I have the S9 ultra and love it! I really wish Samsung would ditch the rear cameras and include a fast charger and the full keyboard instead.

Hello. I'm thinking of buying Tab S9 Ultra. However, I was undecided between 12 GB RAM and 16 GB RAM options. Do you think there is a performance difference between Tab S9 Ultra with 12 GB RAM and 16 GB RAM? So, if I buy the 16 GB RAM version, what will the extra +4 GB RAM add to my performance?

Since I am using a tablet as my main media consumption one of the things I use the least is a TV, so being able to use it for productivity at this level is amazing, not sure if it can really replace a laptop, maybe if portability and connection is a thing for you having the 5g is simply the one to go

Hello, I currently have a Lenovo Yoga Tab 13 tablet, which may be great, but I mostly use it to watch movies in the car. At night or in the shade it's ok, but when a little sun hits the screen it's worse. I have a question whether the Galaxy S9 plus would be a much better equivalent or maybe only the S9 Ultra. And how do the S8 Plus or S8 Ultra compare to it?

yes you can, but keep in mind not all the radios band might supported with ATT and Verizon
Where did you get the Ultra tablet with 5g? Because here in the USA there was none. I would like to get one Samsung didn't have any on their website store.

I just wouldn't tether because the phone gets 22MB per second, which is fine by itself, but you'd use up the Hotspot. The tablet is often stuck on 4MB per second, except it got an update at 100MB per second. But never update it after you buy it, I mean just update to the current smartphone, then disable updates in developers options. If you update it after one year, no charging, at all. It just does not care about last years tablet, even the phone, before 30 days, disable all updates real.

That's such a weak argument because there are plenty of larger screen laptops that have 5G connectivity. People use laptops on the go with ease on a bus, train, plane, etc.
Let's not pretend like 5G on the Tab S9 Ultra wouldn't be a practical experience. 🤣🤣🤣
the Ultra can be practical, But if you had to choose between the 2 in this video, are you saying that a slightly smaller easier to carry tablet that is connected and runs pretty much the same features would not be appealing to you?
Can you just use your phone as a wifi hotspot to provide cellular data to the Ultra? My carrier allows my phone to provide unlimited data as a hotspot.

The 5G variant has Wi-Fi and 5G combined the Wi-Fi model only has Wi-Fi
If you get the 5G model then you're going to have Wi-Fi capabilities as well if you don't use the 5G it will only connect over Wi-Fi

if you're a baller and price isnt a problem you're picking the ultra if you want the ultra experience on a budget you're taking the 9+ .. if you want the latest but are a peasant you're getting the 9
7 mos later M4 iPad Pros are rolling over it.
I bought tne tab 9 and I'm not happy. I kept saying "I'm so smart, I will not pay Apple prices". I'm quite disillusioned. The lack of responsiveness of the screen is a disaster. Some times I have to press the cursor bar 4 times to get there (like for writing this comment). The keyboard is lousy; too many mistakes. Some apps don't work. In Mercado Libre (like an Ebay in Mexico) I can't write the password Because the keyboard only comes out for like half a second. I have tried changing the samsung keyboard for the google keyboard and it's still won't work.. I find myself going back to my first generation Ipad pro Just out of frustration of so many mistakes. The screen is very good end the note taker is good Not great.

I purchased my first tablet from Samsung. Tab A8. S9 series looks great but Samsung will never be better than Huawei. I'm looking forward to upgrading to S9 plus when my finances are better.
