Excellent introduction. I tend to think of EVE as more of a tactical RTS, only because that's what I enjoy. There certainly are, however, times when just playing a single toon is more fun. Maybe not the best isk/hr, but the best fun/hr. One tip that I just discovered (after more than 17 years of on-again-off-again experience), which aids tremendously when multiboxing a fleet (or even just a large fleet full of cats), is the "Regroup" command in the fleet menu. Saves me a bunch of hassle. Thanks for the video!
The new expansion is going to replace iHubs and territorial claim units with a new sovereignty structure. So all the nullblocks will need to anchor these new structures. So if you are in an alliance you can probably expect a fair number of strat ops to get the new sovereignty structures setup in June. Also a chance to mess with your enemies a bit. There are also new ships and ways to get minerals so it's going to change that balance up to
I prefer alt tabbing tbh, much faster for me than having three monitors and an account or two on each screen. When dealing with up to 3 accounts, alt tabbing is my go to. I use one screen and its the fastest I can get. When dealing with more than 3 accounts, I can use multi screens. when dealing with three accounts or more on multi screens, my performance is slower. Keep in mind Im talking about active use here, not considering using a third monitor to have a scout watching a wh, or scanning, etc. Im talking about while in combat, alt tabbing is much faster for myself. The reason is, I mirror my accounts when managing active multiboxing, pve or pvp, be it some kind of ship combat.
I have one monitor. The whole point of software like EVE-O Preview is that you can swap between clients without having to alt-tab or use multiple monitors.
@@AmoniPanala Sure but you have to manually input all your clients name... which is a horrible proposition if you have more than 30....or 50 clients....
It's a feature of the games launcher. Once you launcher one character, you can alt+tab back to the launcher and launch another character. Only works if the characters are on separate accounts *AND* they are Omega.
They could have balanced it around one person playing one character, but as long as people are willing to pay for advantages most companies will let them. Funny how in eve that's absolutely pay to win and it goes so much further (gate camps with one guy controlling a fleet) that the pay to win isn't even the problem people have.
@@suzukisixk7 EVE Online definitely has elements that are similar to pay-to-win, but more accurately EVE Online is pay-to-get-ahead which is not the same. You cannot PLEX your way to a green killboard because no matter how expensive your ship is, no matter how many alts you multibox; if you're terrible, you're going to lose and no amount of money can make you a good pilot.

Made plenty of mistakes in Eve uni and never had any backlash. “Meh, we are all here to learn” is the worst you can expect.
Where has this channel been!
Love your videos. What are your thoughts on the next expac? Not sure how its supposed to shake up null

Maybe I make a video about it?
Can you use the same e-mail adress and personal information on accounts you intend to multibox \ have alts?
yes
Yes, creating an account is just like you did with the first one and you can use the same e-mail and personal information as with your first account.

can you multibox 1 omega and 1 alpha account at the same time or do both of them need to be omega?
Both need to be Omega
I do not understand how to run multiple instances a the same time. This is where I get lost.

BLOPS?
black ops as in black ops battleships or stealth bombers recon ext.
No way to play eve without multiple accounts IMHO.
It's totally a thing, it just means that your playstyle is going to be different if you're only using one account.
