- Mango Park Police Sergeant Mike Green is responding to a call at the mall, when he realizes one of the individuals involved in the altercation is his wife Mildred. The other individual, Willy Davis, claims that Mildred is refusing to pay him after washing and detailing her car. Mildred has accused the young man of scratching her car and is demanding restitution. After listening to both parties, Sgt. Green realizes that Mildred is in the wrong and instructs that she pay the man. This launches Mrs. Green into full blown Karen mode, forcing the Sergeant to do the unthinkable: arrest his own wife.

Great video I will commend Sergeant Green for approaching the scene calmly and objectively and not being bias despite his wife being involved and for paying the guy extra for the trouble but he did not need to ID him and the kid did not need to State his reason for filming her the first amendment protects public filming you don't need permission from the person you're filming as long as you're in a public venue and he failed to specify What charges he's charging his wife with I'm guessing he's charging her with filing a false police report lying to a 911 operator or a police officer is filing false police report which police officers should enforce more often

Well, it's actually 100% legal to record someone without their consent.
It depends on how you recorded though, some people recording without consent even though it is legal and within a human's right, however if you say something like a threat then it can cause you to get arrested which is why you have to hold your tongue while recording threats from other folks, that way the truth is that they threatened you and not you that has threatened them, but some people forget this method as people are quick to argue anyway

She dared to rely on her policeman husband, he will use his judgement and listen to both sides of the story before slapping the handcuffs!! The Karen charged with assault, resulting in a 10 year sentence in prison. She was also charged with making a false accusation to a police officer, which resulted in a additional 1 year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Fed up with the Karen’s behavior, the police officer filed for a divorce, and got everything in the divorce settlement.

This reminds me of a policeman I knew who arrested his mother for shouting abuse in the street when I was younger, she had been drinking and was arguing with anybody who walked down the street, unfortunately for her they sent her son to sort it out, not knowing at the time it was his mum, but he still went ahead with the arrest.
