Much improved with firmware 1.3 the phone button now activates "ok google" which means for example speed dial is now irrelevant , as you can just press the phone button and say call whoever and it does.
I too have a Riderscan mirror. How do you like yours? I bought the bar mount and have to have it pretty far forward to not have it block my speedometer. I believe this causes it to be blocked by my body too much to be very useful. If I get a bigger windscreen I will try putting it on there.
A bit of off topic question - how do you find the sound quality from the speakers of your 20s? I've heard that bass doesn't translate well through them. Thanks in advance!
Apologies for the extraordinary late reply (I haven't been on for a long time); to my knowledge, the battery is not replaceable unfortunately, you would have to buy a new unit. Alternatively, get in contact with Sena support.
@@MyKeyVlogs already figured it out a long time ago. It IS possible to replace and in fact very easy to DIY. It's just 3 screws and order a new battery plug out old, plug in new done! Thx for your reply tough 😃
Well this pretty much made my mind up not to buy one. Poor instructions aside the design is rubbish. The fact that it doesn't physically bolt to the bar is crap from a security point of view. At least if it bolted on nobody could literally just open it and take it. Other reviews around counterintuitive controls and hard to feel buttons just add to the poorly thought out design. And all for 100 quid. No ta.
Thank you.
Still relevant after 8 years.

That's great! I need to update and reset mine up. :)
what's that convex mirror on the inside of your windscreen?
Great review, thanks from Michigan!
+SuzukiRider82 Thanks for watching! :)
Can you use the intercom while listening to music.? Nobody ever answers this question
It depends on you're intercom device
Sorry for the late reply. The Sena models with audio-multitasking should be able to. Basically dims the music when people speak.

*+Richard “Bruno” Bronosky* I love mine. I've had it on my old bike as well as this one. Definitely best higher up on a windscreen. :)

The bass won't knock your socks off, however overall I'm very pleased with the 20s quality; I use it EVERYDAY. :)
