    Daniel, thanks for the tips. While this is my main job, it is always good to have a refresh. And you do a great job covering the basics and some et tips.
    One thing I might add, is to ask one last question and get the participants to ask questions back at the end.
    I found that once interviews are about to be done, engaged participants want to have extra things to say. And more often than not, they are really interesting bits.
    Also, love the new logo!

    I was just curious I do not know if you mentioned this but would a Cafe mess with participant anonymity?

      Good question - if you are going to be dealing with personal or sensitive topics where someone could overhear, a public setting can be difficult. Always good to offer a private (safe) space as an option if you are able to

    Great advice. Even though I am a salesman who conducts lots of technical interviews in my role I have noticed a difference in my interviews for my DBA studies. Thanks

    I think most of the videos on this topic are useless, but I found yours very helpful. Thank you. Also, has anyone ever told you you give off Michael Palin vibes?

      Thank you! Quirkos won't suit everyone's research, so better to just describe the methods and let people choose the best tool for themselves!

    Sir in semi structured interview the researcher will use an open ended research questions ?

    • @Quirkos
      @Quirkos  4 місяці тому +1

      Yes, the wording is a bit strange, but semi-structured usually means open-ended questions, but with a guide and good idea about likely topics
