They need someone to fill the gap for senior's to maintain their pension fund. Who they need are labourers on low pay jobs and non-IT. Considering major challenge of increasing rent, daily lifestyle expenses. It is so difficult for those labourers as they get paid so less. Especially they have huge immigration problem who are dependent on govt from war effects which is a financial messed up. More people Germany live on government social security leaving behind huge tax impacts on earnings. Hard working employees should suffer. They are making life hell for one who works.

As you mentioned certificate course, can you recommend some courses that I should take for better chance? The German family I live with recommend me to just get a part time job and go for master degree first and try for the job later. They are also helping me with the language. Please advice brother.
I have no expertise in your field so I cannot properly guide you. But what you can do is look for job postings and see what they require and take those courses to improve your chances. Joining a Masters program could also be a good idea.
Hello brother i am student of renewable energy currently this my second semester, i am too much worried about my future because i changed my master form automobile to renewable because of lay off in automobile sector, i want to asked is it good decision or no?
I can't exactly say if it was a good decision or not but what you can do is look at the current job market and the trends (i.e. what is required by employers). Then try to incorporate those requirements in your studies (via Courses, Internships and Thesis). This way you can try to learn the required skills needed for a job in your field.
Considering that you will join the masters program this year, you would probably enter the job market in 2027. So I think the situation at that time could be drastically different than now.
Im also pursuing my Masters in Computer Science in Germany and will be ariving in March 2025. Is this a good option as I want to settle there with an IT job... Will it be possible by the year 2027 to secure a job?
I think 2027 is too far away to predict anything but one thing is for sure, you have some time to learn the essential skill needed to enter the job market by then.
I don’t see IT jobs are bottleneck jobs in Germany. To save cost customers prefer to outsource most of the IT jobs and Management jobs just only for Germans and lots of companies put hire freeze from past 1-2 years. AI is also started impacting. Good German skills in IT might help but there will be competition when it comes to German skills because someone should have at least C1. Nowadays most employers need Cheap IT engineers that skilled IT engineers.
IT is a different beast altogether and yes AI has started its impact I totally agree. But I slightly disagree with the C1 level requirement and not requiring skilled IT engineers. Regarding the C1 level, there is a huge difference if someone gets an official proficiency test to check their level. Most people who self assess themselves at C1 level lie between B1 and B2. And this over estimation create problems. Regarding Cheap IT engineers, I think the opposite is true, right now 1 highly skilled engineer is worth more than 10 cheap engineers with little to no experience. Because AI has streamlined most of the work which junior engineers used to do and a single skilled engineer can take advantage of the new tools available reducing the overall costs for companies.
I think the current job market should not influence your decision. If you come in March 2025, you would need at least 18 months to finish your Masters. On average people take 2.5 years. So even if you finish in 2 years, you would be entering the job market in 2027. So 2027 is too far out to make any predictions.
@@ahsanfinance its not difficult to predict. We are already in 2025 and the condition here is really not looking good. So many rejections no proper reason for rejections. So many applicants. Every listing has 50+ easy applications. German preferred but even with B2 not many options. The job market in 2 yrs is still gonna be difficult. As it was in 2023 and 2024.
At this time there will be no entry level IT job. AI will dominate. Just to understand, I work for a big company and we replaced 20 guys with AI agents. However, if you are in AI, there is big opportunities for you.
What about the third problem: Illegal migration? Asylum seekers came in millions and living off social benefits, which hard-working people like you have contributed through tax. What work are asylum seekers doing? I mean, doesn't it increase the competition?
Honestly speaking , yes there is an effect of Asylum seekers. The two biggest influxes were Syrian and Ukranian. A large majority of Syrians came in 2015-2016, initially they were more of a Burden than an asset I totally agree. But Now I think many of them are contributing in the economy. I live in South Germany, many Doctors and Nurses in my region are from Syria, additionally there are young skilled workers from that background as well. Obviously there will definitely be bad apples in the mix but I see more positives than negatives here. The second large group is Ukranians, again the bulk came in 2022. This group in my opinion is more of a Burden than an asset at the moment. But hopefully they will contribute to the workforce soon. Unlike the extremist opinions from both sides: The left saying there should be unlimited support while the right says no support at all. My opinion is that there should be support with accountability. Honestly speaking, expats often do job that most ethnic people do not wish to do, and in my opinion there is nothing wrong with that. Its the basic Law of Supply and Demand. Additionally, Germany’s fertility rate is 1.616 and it needs to be 2.1 to keep Germany's population stable. Even in this 1.616 the highest contribution is non German ethnicities, meaning that if no external ethnicities contribute then Germany's population would shrink even further putting even more strain on the economy. Obviously all of this is just my opinion and I am open to other opinions as long as they are respectfully presented.
@ahsanfinance Very well said. Good to know an alternate view other than what is presented in the media. What has been the general gender in immigration: Are migrants from Middle East, mostly men, and from Ukraine, mostly women, as Ukrainian men are defending their country?
@afa8756 according to official statistics about 80% refugees from Ukraine are women with children. While 41% of refugees from Syria are women. Even though the number of men coming from Syria is high most of them are actually working age with the average age being about 25. Additionally the Impact of Syrian doctors in Germany cannot be ignored. There are about 6000 Syrian doctors working in Germany, the largest group of foreign doctors in Germany. I am studying german language for ausbilding in 2025 , am i doing good ?, bad to see germany economy crises
@@360shock-k7m may I ask you how old are you?

Im also pursuing my Masters in Computer Science in Germany and will be ariving in March 2025. Is this a good option as I want to settle there with an IT job... Will it be possible by the year 2027 to secure a job?
I think 2027 is too far away to predict anything but one thing is for sure, you have some time to learn the essential skill needed to enter the job market by then.
So for an engineer, Germany is no longer a good option ?
The job market right now is quite tough but there are still chances for people to get a job.
Hello Mr Ahsen how much money can we invest in Scalable capital tax free?
There is no limit to investing if you invest your own money. There are taxes on profits though.
No money or houses in Germany available .
In march, I will be arriving in germany for pursuing my masters in embedded systems. Should I reconsider the decision I have taken ?
Don't come. Job market is not great here.
Is that really bad@@InGeniousBaller
@gopupadma4778 yes.
For Finance and accounting jobs which level of german language would suffice?
At least B2
I speak b2 level german and am in my final exam of CA is it enough? Please reponse 😭🙏
B2 is a good base but I would recommend that you try to give "Finanzbuchhaltung mit Fachsprache Deutsch"
Omg okay ill research aboht that @ahsanfinance
What about situation after 2030 In IT sector how much german is required
I think 2030 is too far away to make any predictions. But I think one would always need the German languge to thrive in Germany
At this time there will be no entry level IT job. AI will dominate. Just to understand, I work for a big company and we replaced 20 guys with AI agents. However, if you are in AI, there is big opportunities for you.
Hi Ahsan,
Planning to pursue Msc in finance and investment. Any possibilities of job in 2027?
What about the third problem: Illegal migration? Asylum seekers came in millions and living off social benefits, which hard-working people like you have contributed through tax. What work are asylum seekers doing? I mean, doesn't it increase the competition?
So many Ukrainians got in. I believe that's one of the problem
@@ahsanfinance you forgot afghani's
