When Van took the hand held mic, I knew he was going to exit off stage while singing. Van in great voice. The lady on percussion always seems upbeat and animated.
I can't thank you enough for this upload. My brothers and I flew from across the country to see Van Morrison. Didn't know what to expect but was beyond moved by the show. I'm in (a grand) disbelief that he closed with In the Garden, an encapsulation for me of what his work has been about it - the seeking and connection with a bigger, holy, spirit.
@@josephdahan2425 flew in from Seattle myself!! I love his music...all of his music from THEM to What's It Gonna Take. Nobody else stirs my soul like Van.... nobody ❣️❣️❣️
@@josephdahan2425 me, too. I met a young woman as we walked out of Caesar's after the show who had flown from Australia...alone just to see him. That's the kind of devotion he inspires.
Thank-you for posting this. In the garden is one of my favourites and it's great to see him doing a '22 version! Lovely to see and hear the marimba and his band including some musicians which I have really enjoyed over the years. Made me feel quite emosh!
Sir, Van Morrison, when you sang, In the Garden,at Wells Fargo theater, in Denver Colorado 10 years ago,my Son and I went to your concert,my heart was so joyful,I had tears in my eyes. You,Sir Van Morrison are the very best.❤️
I have heard Van is and has always been "shy"...and he may be on the 'spectrum'....could be ...because Van is a genius no matter how you look at it...can write, can sing, plays harmonica & sax...he is pure magic! Pure soul! Outstanding 50+ years ago and more fabulous & outstanding at 77! I know his music will live on forever!
@@j9beach True all that. 77 and 2 hrs on a stage standing, singing, keeping the band on point- traveling to many gigs US, Europe and UK and still writing great songs. He is a wonder and a blessing to our lives and many of us don’t care too much about his ways, ( he loves his 3 kids and works hard for the younger 2) just that he continues to write, record and visit the states. 👏🏻✌🏻Some call us Vanatics. ☘️
I was there on the 9th as well. By far the most outstanding concert I have ever attended and that isn't a mean feat 🤩🤩 I met a young woman on the way out who traveled from Australia, alone, just to see this remarkable artist in Sunday night! I am complete 💖💖
@@rhondaspringer5102 Hi! yes Van was outstandingly fabulous!! I sat next to a woman from L.A. who has attended over 300 of his concerts; even in Ireland!! She went to all 3 of his shows in Vegas! Talk about fan! Wow! I would love to see him again for sure! Van is the man!!
So glad you loved the show. I was there same night and nearby people just wanted the hits and I told them not to expect but a few. So many wonderful songs of his other than what people think of as the oldies. This latest iteration is brilliant with the horns- and the talented band - oh just love Sir Van’s music voice arrangements- 60+ years. ❤
@@j9beach - 300😮. I’m from LA and saw him at the Troubadour before the infamous live Caledonia recording concert. I can’t pin down the year/ there was no orchestra. He did not say a word except for thanks at the end. I didn’t care about that and he prob had his stage fright back then 1970ish. I was 4 or 5th row crummy small wooden chairs and I was alone and enchanted and amazed. Talk about a mystic experience. What a night. I was hooked and I listen to him everyday. Love all the new CDs : Keep me singing. 3 cords and the truth. Latest Record Project and the newest one. Down to aJoy! ❤☘️
I had read online prior to seeing Van in concert that they didn't care for his concerts because Van doesn't talk to the audience during his concerts and doesn't play the oldies. I could care less. I just wanted to see him & hear him live in concert! My husband surprised me for my b'day in 2021 and bought us tickets! OMG! The best gift ever...I don't want jewelry etc...but the Van Morrison concert was his best ever gift to me! I was not disappointed! 90" of pure Van music! Omg!

Repeat repeat and repeat, what a message, in awe of this performance!!!! God Bless You Sir Van Morrison 💎🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏☘️🇮🇪

Thanks for sharing. Flew in from Seattle also. That was a very special way to end the show.
Oklahoma. Perfect song. Loved it!

his show in Philly in September was great but I would love to have heard this song; love that whole album and Beautiful Vision
Beautiful song written and sung as only Van The Man can! Thanks for posting. Thank you band. Rave on Van!

I saw him in Boston a month later and was blown away by his voice at his age.
This song was one of the greatest live songs I've ever witnesed
I was at that show. What did you think?
I loved it. I thought the band was unbelievable and his voice as good as ever. You?
@@josephdahan2425 I agree but I was disappointed he didn't play the big hits. I wasn't familiar with a lot of the new stuff.
@@lectrician1 yes. That is just how he does it. He has sucha a wide range of songs. Loved all the blues stuff he played.
Love, love love Van Is The Man!
I love him for that. Rave on Van!
Sublime!
