You guys obviously don't know Chinese culture. Zhang weili will never be a big star in China even if she becomes a 10 division champion. In China, looks are very important. So only an attractive Chinese woman with long legs are allowed to be famous. Zhang weili is not attractive that's why she's not a big deal in China. UFC need to sign an attractive China girl if they really want that Chinese money.

Spot the wall in front of you as long as you can with your arms reaching fully by your ears and your chest hollow! Dont ever throw your head back and let your chest drift back, it does nothing but make your back tuck lower! Looks really great though for not training gymnastics or tumbling!
I used to use the bad form you describe. I was comfortable doing them though..so comfortable I started doing gainers with a bit of a jog into it. After multiple people on different occasions were like, “Dude! Your head was like an inch from the ground!”, I stopped doing them..luckily, probably. Yep, my form sucked.
