7000 views? This one of the greatest renditions of a song I've ever heard. Way better than the original, and CSN's version.
I don't understand it, either. He was on the Howard Stern show shortly afterwards, doing another rendition of this version and this video has the expectable more than 145.000 views. It's a good version, as well, very similar, but still not as flawless a performance as this here.
I wouldn't go as far as to call it better than the original, though.
Are you (STILL!) on drugs? Nobody can touch Joni's original, which blew my mind when I first heard it while camping out in Big Sur in 1970.
