This is really cool! That sunken living room is so retro and so charming. I would love to see a design with a master bedroom or elderly bedroom on the ground/main floor with its own T&B. I could do without the swimming pool and instead have a small lanai and side yard for a dog to run around. Also would there be space for a driver's room as well? Thank you.

Hello po, please do 2 storey house (300 sqm) na may receiving area para hindi deretso pasok agad sa house yung mga bisita. Tago yung hagsan and hiwalay yung kitchen/dining sa living room 😊 thanksss! love the concept of this house you did, napakagandaaaa!

I really loved this design ❤
I like this layout but it would need a few changes. An additional bathroom so each bedroom has one. Larger walk in closet and bathroom for the master suite. Closets in each of the other bedrooms. And I would need the entrance to be on the side between the dining area and the carport. I need a floorplan that is wide instead of deep. 300 square meters or more.

That's a wide overhang,i don't think a structural engineer would approve the garage
