Aww thank you so much!
Me, watching this in it's entirety, laying in my bed
I totally do that with food preservation videos 😂
@@nataliefoxRD I was kind of joking, but now I'm actually doing it. It helps a lot to see how you chop stuff, I've never really learned that. I would really appreciate, if you made a video about how to cook without recipes because I have the same experience as you had
Happy to!
Hi, great video as always!!
I have a topic request that’s more personal but hopefully would resonate with a few other people (especially as a female with some common ailments like GERD): how should we react or deal with pressure from doctors who say you need to lose weight for your health and it’s causing your symptoms? To be fair, part of me recognizes that I would feel more comfortable in a physical sense with less weight (less pressure on my joints, etc). But the other part of me hates the patriarchy and the inherent assertion that being larger and female means I HAVE to lose weight. So it’s a little bit of self-sabotaging (in addition to ADHD and normal body image items that drag me both ways too 😂). Might be tough to dedicate an entire video to it, but if you have any thoughts, would love to hear them!!
Oh this is suuuuuuch a good question! I will 100% make a short for you on how to reply to that and what else might help aside from weight loss ❤️ I’ll take some time to talk about navigating healthcare in my next cook with me video too!
Thank you tons, I’ll be on the lookout!!
I don't know if this is something you would be open to talking about: accessibility in the kitchen, maybe with an OT? (There is a great channel on YT called EquipMeOT)
Since ADHD is often comorbid with joint issues, POTS,... and that can make making meals a lot harder.
My micro wave and air fryer have saved me, I used to only drink shakes before I got them since I can't use the stove and pots and pans anymore.
Certainly! I’ll plan to make one of these an accessible meal prep that doesn’t use any heavy equipment or require long bouts of standing ❤️
I always prep lunch too! and then just some staple ingredients for dinner to cook faster but have some flexibility to not eat the same thing every day for every meal.
I do that ingredient prep for dinner some times too! Game changer!
@ I like to batch roast sweet potatoes on parchment paper. My meal prep actually looks a lot like yours!
I also always measure stuff in the palm of my hand.
It’s the best way!
A way to overcome the veg chopping barrier for me is to just buy big bags of frozen veg. I just dump them in and throw it in the instant pot. Saves so much time and energy.
Such a great strategy!
